We are looking to recruit a Wills, Trusts and Probate lawyer for our Private Client team to take over an existing caseload consisting mainly of estate administration, with some Wills and LPAs etc. Our ideal candidate will be at least two years PQE or more experienced. We are looking for someone who is client focussed, hardworking and self-motivated. Experience of Trust/ COP work and STEP or ALL qualification an advantage but not essential.

An exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic solicitor has arisen in the Child Care Team at Aldridge Brownlee LLP. The successful childcare solicitor will be managing their own caseload of public and private law children matters. You will be conducting your own advocacy, where appropriate and instructing/working with Counsel.
This candidate must be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and preferably holding children panel membership. You will be dealing with the LAA, be personable and able to show excellent client care skills and deal with sensitive issues.
